Park2Do is offered by Twiks Media, Elizabeth Wolffstraat 5, Dutch Chamber of Commerce no. 57382654. Contact: info@twiks.nl.

1. Using Park2Do

Park2Do shows weather, motorhome spots, activities and routes from external sources (incl. MET Norway, OpenStreetMap, Google). We do our best to show this information correctly and up to date, but cannot guarantee its accuracy. Always check the local rules (e.g. whether overnight stays are allowed) and the forecast before you leave. Use of the information is at your own risk.

2. Account

You create a free account with your e-mail address and log in with a one-time code. You are responsible for access to your e-mail. You can delete your account yourself at any time (My Park2Do → Settings). Accounts unused for 24 months may be deleted. Abuse (e.g. automated data retrieval) may lead to blocking.

3. Park2Do Pro

• What: extra features in the app: no ads, unlimited saving of favourites and routes, routes with waypoints, sharing, mountain passes and My trip. The exact content is shown in the app under "Pro".
• Price: € 4,95 incl. VAT for 365 days. The price shown in the app at the time of ordering applies.
• Duration: Pro ends automatically after the period. There is no automatic renewal and no notice period; you get a reminder shortly before the end and can extend yourself.
• Payment: in advance, via the payment provider Mollie (credit card, PayPal, iDEAL, Bancontact and others). Pro becomes active as soon as the payment is confirmed. You receive a confirmation and an invoice by e-mail.
• Withdrawal: Pro is digital content delivered immediately. When ordering you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby waive the 14-day right of withdrawal. If Pro demonstrably does not work, contact us; we will fix it or refund you.
• Changes: we may improve or replace Pro features. If an essential part is discontinued during your period, you are entitled to a proportional refund.

4. External sources and availability

Data comes from third parties and may be temporarily unavailable. We aim for a well-functioning service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. In case of a prolonged outage of paid features you may ask for proportional compensation.

5. Liability

Park2Do is an aid. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect or missing information, routes or forecasts, except in case of intent or gross negligence. Our liability is in any case limited to the amount you paid for Pro in the past 12 months.

6. Privacy

How we handle your data is described in our privacy and cookie policy.

7. Complaints and law

Complaints can be e-mailed to info@twiks.nl; we respond within 14 days. Consumers in the EU can also use the European ODR platform. Dutch law applies to these terms; mandatory consumer protection in your own country continues to apply.
